Data Collected
Watcher-X collects only monitoring case data, alert logs, and user session tokens necessary for platform operation. No personally identifiable voter data is collected or stored.

Data Use
All monitoring data is used exclusively for the authorised integrity observation engagement. Data is not shared with third parties without explicit client authorisation.

Data Retention
Case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Security
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Access is restricted to authorised analysts with role-based permissions. Session tokens expire after 24 hours.

Watcher-X v1.0 — Quick Reference Guide

1. Creating a Case

Navigate to Cases → New Case. Enter the engagement name, client reference, classification level, and polling interval. A case represents one monitoring engagement.

2. Adding Targets

Use the API Prober first to auto-discover the backend API of the target platform, then add the discovered endpoint as a Target within your case.

3. Starting Monitoring

Click Start Monitoring. Watcher-X polls all targets at the configured interval, computes deltas, and automatically raises alerts when anomalies are detected.

4. Alert Types

CRITICAL: Vote reduction, overvote, turnout surge (>20% in one interval)

WARNING: Velocity spike, voter roll expansion, new candidate appearance

5. Generating Reports

Click Generate Report to produce a classified monitoring report. Claude AI simultaneously analyses all anomalies and produces an intelligence assessment. Both downloadable as PDFs.

6. API Prober

Enter any election or examination platform URL. Watcher-X probes common API paths, scans JavaScript bundles for backend URLs, and returns accessible endpoints with sample data.
